Youlim Nam is a multidisciplinary artist based in New York City and hailing from Seoul, Korea — an actor, playwright, director, and performance maker. For about a decade, she has made work across theatre, film, and performance.

 

Her work ranges from ordinary New York moments to the surreal — a cab ride, a birthday dinner, a subway commute. Her plays have been produced at renowned New York venues such as Theatre Row, HB Playwright Theatre, and Chain Theatre, where she has been selected for four consecutive One-Act Festivals.
