Born and raised in Seoul, Korea. Youlim is an international actor and new playwright. Her performances have been seen in the US (mostly New York City), Korea, and in the UK soon.

She received 'Best Monologue' at Actors Awards LA and 'Best Actress' at the Independent Short Awards. Her short plays in English have been actively performed in New York City Theaters including the Secret Theater, Manhattan Rep., HB Playwright Theater, etc since 2018. She's also a member of the Dramatist Guild. Her potential —with the right guidance, she harnesses her craft as a powerful actor and playwright to observe, celebrate, and criticize East Asian and Western culture.
